About the Class

Kettlebell training will make you stronger, improve your endurance and enhance your core strength. The Kettlebell’s offset weight strengthens your body from the inside out!

Kettlebell classes help people lose weight, doing two things at once. It helps build strength with its elements of weight training. Plus, the fast movements in the ballistic exercises provide a form of cardiovascular exercise that helps you burn fat faster.

A kettlebell class guarantees to get your heart pumping which translates into aerobic and metabolic benefits. You can burn anywhere between 400 to 900 calories during my kettlebell workouts.


Classes are normally 45 minutes in duration.
